From the construction phase onwards, we provided Maastricht UMC+ Eye Hospital with intensive guidance to realise this project. The focus of this project was on delivering cost-effective solutions to guarantee optimally functional examination rooms. Customisation, functionality, innovation and quality were central to the fit-out of the rooms.
Project features
From the initial construction meetings, we provided advice on lighting, spatial design and material selection, among other things, to achieve the desired end result. For example, the colour of each room is matched to the colour of the department. This was a personal request from the client.
Maastricht UMC+ Eye Hospital chose Haag-Streit examination units because they met the client’s requirements. Key conditions for choosing a unit were: functionality, customisation, safety, IT software and technology.
