In collaboration with Revoir we contribute to the Revoir Academy. Here, ADAP-accredited masterclasses are provided for the continuing education and training of optometrists and orthoptists. Topics covered include innovation, new techniques, knowledge exchange, and optimizing customer/patient focus.
VZI Training
Our VZI training courses are designed to provide medical technicians with the essential knowledge and skills required within eye care.
During our course, medical technicians gain insight into the anatomy, physiology and pathology of the eye. They learn which types of examinations take place and which types of devices are used for them. What these devices are called and what they do.
Ophthalmic equipment that we cover includes: anomaloscope, endothelial camera, fundus camera, keratometer, Maddox cross, OCTdevice, ophthalmoscope, pachymeter, perimeter, phoropter, pupillometry device, (auto)refractometer, slit lamp, synoptophore, tonometer, lensmeter, visual acuity screen and the vitrectomy machine.
